HOW CAN I UPGRADE MY PLAN TO YEARLY?

To update your plan with your current rate, please reach out to us using this form and we’ll set you up.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

If you wish to cancel your membership, please use this form. We are sorry to see you go, but we understand that sometimes plans change. Once we process your cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Important Reminders:

  •  License Conditions: Upon cancellation, you must remove all products and listings created with our designs from your shop. You will not be able to create new products or edit existing products using our designs after your subscription ends.
  • Price Changes: If you decide to rejoin the membership later, please note that the price may have changed, and you will be subject to the current pricing at the time of rejoining.

  • LifeTime License: If you decide to cancel your subscription but would like to continue selling our designs on your products, you can purchase a lifetime license for $497 (no payment plan available). You can request a LifeTime License, using this form.

DOES THIS MEMBERSHIP INCLUDE A COMMUNITY?

No, this is a designs-based membership, meaning you get access to templates and resources without a community.

I HAVE A DESIGN IN MIND, CAN I REQUEST IT?

Absolutely! We love hearing your ideas. Please fill out this form with your suggestions. We review all requests and do our best to accommodate popular and feasible ideas.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS BESIDES MEMBERSHIP?

Yes, it’s possible that there may be extra costs in addition to the membership. This depends on the tools or platforms you choose to use. For example, there might be costs for software tools, templates, or hosting your website. Some tools are free, but certain features or added convenience may require a paid subscription.
